Meet Serena
I’m Serena Pratt, MS, RDN, a Columbia University-trained Registered Dietitian, founder of Serena Pratt Nutrition, and lifelong food lover. I turn “eat better” from a vague to-do into simple, delicious habits: small changes, better routines, and plates you’re excited to eat.
I became a dietitian to help people feel confident around food: understanding what they’re eating, why it matters, and how it supports their health. My approach blends science with real life, guiding you toward balance while helping you rediscover food as something to be enjoyed, not overanalyzed.
