Meet Serena
I’m Serena Pratt, MS, RDN, a Columbia University-trained Registered Dietitian, founder of Serena Pratt Nutrition, and lifelong food lover. I turn “eat better” from a vague to do into simple, delicious habits with small changes, better routines, and plates you’re genuinely excited to eat.
I became a dietitian to help people feel confident around food, starting with understanding what they’re eating, why it matters, and how it supports their health. My approach blends science with real life, helping you build a way of eating that supports your health and still feels enjoyable, not something you have to overthink.
